3rd Telecommunications Conference InfoCom.Cy 2011

INNOVA had the pleasure to sponsor and participate in the 3rd Telecommunications Conference InfoCom.Cy 2011, held in Hilton Cyprus Hotel, on 8th of June 2011 in Cyprus.

This year’s conference was titled: “The crucial role of technology in facing the challenges of modern society: There is a digital way out of crisis" which was organized by Smart Press SA and Smart Com Ltd.

Dr. George Sarigiannidis, INNOVA’s deputy CEO, took part in the first session: “The next generation of network infrastructure” of the conference. The title of his presentation was “FTTH for Smart Growth” on the occasion that next generation networks and FTTH technology are underway. In the second session’s panel: “Smartphones & Applications: The new era”, he shared his point of view and he analyzed, as an expert, the objectives that should be set and considered more important in this period of time.

Mr. Manos Vassilakis, INNOVA’s CEO, participated in the fourth session, CEOs Summit, which main theme was: "There is a digital way out of crisis". Leading Telecommunication companies’ CEOs shared their views regarding the extend that the industry can resist and endure.
