INNOVA S.A. achieves Silver Certification from Cisco   innova-logo
INNOVA S.A. Achieves Silver Certification from Cisco in the region of Greece, Cyprus and Malta

Athens, Greece, 19/9/2011, INNOVA S.A. announced today it has achieved Silver Certification from Cisco®. To earn Silver Certification, INNOVA S.A. had to meet rigorous standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by Cisco.

As a Cisco Silver Certified Partner, Innova S.A. has met requirements for attaining a broad range of expertise. To achieve Cisco Silver Certification Innova S.A. was required to achieve either two from the following four Cisco advanced specializations: Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN, or the Cisco Express Unified Communications Specialization and one of the following advanced specializations: Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN.

In addition, Innova S.A. was required to integrate Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys. The Cisco Resale Channel Program provides partners with the training required to build sales, technical and Cisco Lifecycle Services skills, and then validates their skills through a third-party audit. Cisco resale partner certifications—Gold, Silver, Premier and Select—represent an increasing breadth of skills across key technologies and a partner’s ability to deliver integrated networking solutions. Cisco resale partner specializations—Master, Advanced and Express—reflect an increasing depth of sales, technical and service expertise in particular technologies.

Consolidated Revenue grew by 2,6% in 2010 to € 23.671.616 vs €23.071.887 in 2009. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 18,5% in 2010 to €2.376.413 vs €2.005.432 in 2009. Consolidated profit before tax on 31/12/2010 was €963.292 vs €1.269.351 on 31/12/2009 and Consolidated net profit after tax and Minority Interest was €212.814 on 31/12/2010 vs €955.412 on 31/12/2009. The Company’s revenue in 2010 remained at the same level as in 2009 to €13.805.993 vs €13.848.045 in 2009. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 23,9% to 1.945.729 vs €1.570.422 in 2009. The Company’s profit before tax on 31/12/2010 was €890.424 vs €950.617 on 31/12/2009 and net profit after tax on 31/12/2010 was €348.247 vs €795.429 on 31/12/2009.
